Private Chef Theodore Rodis
Graduate of the Chef d'Oeuvre Culinary School. I have worked in Athens, Corfu, Crete and Aegina. Based on Aegina, I travel all over Greece meeting the people and learning about the different customs of our homeland. I discover pure raw ingredients and through traditional and modern techniques, I compose separate culinary suggestions. Although a restaurant and catering owner, I am a permanent traveler and a lover of the Greek cooking culture. Dishes influenced by the East and Europe, some newer versions and others that have become well-rooted in our kitchen from our long tradition in the business, complemented by the Greek wines, culminate our amazing Taste Experiences that we share with (offer) you. Over the last four years I have been teaching new chefs as well as groups and individuals who enjoy cooking the secrets of the trade.
